Le musée de la famille Disney a ouvert dans le parc du Presidio le 1er octobre, consacré non seulement à Walt Disney,(1901-1966) mais aussi à la famille et entre autres à son frère Roy (1893-1971) qui fut son financier.
L'inauguration comme le musée lui-même fut sobre, pas de Mickey qui vous attende à la porte.

Fidèle au chauvinisme des Français, je ne résiste pas : le nom de Disney vient d'Hugues d'Isigny parti de sa Normandie avec Guillaume le Conquérant après la victoire de 1066 vers l' Angleterre, où il s'est installé et où le nom a été anglicisé!
